Things I’m Lovin’ Thursday:

Everything can get so hectic this time of year

and it’s easy to take things for granted

I love reviewing the things I love every week because it keeps me grateful for the little things.

It doesn’t take much time to sit and think of the things that are getting you through the days and week!

Plus, The more gratitude you show, the healthier you can become.

  1. Sugar Free Meals Challenge: So I decided that after the holidays I would not only decline to take home Any leftover sweets, But I would also complete a sugar-free challenge. I love the idea of doing a 10-day challenge and working up from there if things go well. I think it’s so easy to blindly overconsumpe sweets and it’s so unhealthy and stressful to the body. My next meal plan after Christmas will focus exclusively on sugar- freemeals. So stay posted!! 
  2. Yogi Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life: This tea is super delicious! You almost don’t need to add anything to it because it tastes quite sweet. I’ve been drinking this tea all week and it’s definitely helping me cut back on my caffeine intake. I noticed my energy level is about the same, but I don’t crash in the evening from drinking too much caffeine. I’m looking forward to the weight loss benefits of green tea too! I already noticed less snacking in the afternoon. 
  3. Black Bean Spaghetti: I am so excited that I found these noodles! Just one serving of noodles provides half your daily serving of protein. They are pretty low carb and full of fiber to keep you full longer. The box of noodles was around $4 and it contains 4 servings of noodles which isn’t bad for the price. I plan on making these with sautéed garlic, onion and spinach. Then tossing it all in olive oil. 
  4. Integrative Nitrition: So I made a big decision this week and that was to take a health coaching course with Integrative Nutrition. I am beyond excited to get my health coaching certification. This program is highly recommended. I’m so lucky that I signed up when I did because they offered no down payment on tuition and a free Gut Health course when I’m finished. I can’t wait to learn more and share my knowledge about healthy living with everyone.
